Hi William, I am a revent graduate with a BS in Accounting in the Long Island (NY) area, as much as I have tried to get a spot for a staff accountant I keep on getting rejected due to the lack of experience in the field. I have been in the financial world for a very long time but that doesn't seem to matter at all. Any advise?
